Introduction
Add Intensities Single Experiment (AISE) is designed for time-resolved experiments where a series of sequentially named images from a single folder or HDF5 file need to be summed or averaged together. Images are grouped into bins — either by a fixed binning factor or by manually selecting rows in the alignment table — and the resulting summed/averaged images are saved to an aise_results folder.
The program provides a table-driven workflow for inspecting, aligning, and grouping images before processing. Each image’s diffraction center and rotation can be detected automatically or set manually, and misaligned images can be excluded from summation.
